Two more medals added to our total last night. Germany is catching up, but methinks they don't have the medal-ing potential to the extent that Amerika does. Last night Shani Davis dropped out of the men's 500m sppedskating second race, which came as a surprise, until it was clarified that he only entered the race to get himself some practice for his bread and butter event, the 1000m. Oh yeah he is the defending world champion and current record holder for that race. So I think he made a decent choice. Anyways, here are our new most patriotic people:
Gold: Men's Snowboard cross - Seth Wescott
Bronze: Men's downhill - Bode Miller
Tonight, the only thing worth watching is the women's snowboard cross. We have some pretty awesome and pretty hot ladies competing in that event, and hopefully the finals are chock full of Americans. USA! USA! USA!
