DW's Zombie Kill of the Week

Well, Tallahassee came through in a big way for the Hokies on Thursday night. Such a performance calls for some kind of running tribute.

So as suggested by long time reader (and now psuedo-contributor) DW, here is the first installment of the Zombie Kill of the Week...

This week's zombie kill goes to a relatively quiet defensive player. [edited, announcers are reh-tards] Against the tough competition of the hard hitting Cody Grimm, the Zombie Kill of the Week goes to the Hokies #20 Jayron Hosley for his blindside corner blitz at the 8:30 minute mark in the 2nd quarter.  Hosley known mainly for his speed on kick and punt returns nearly missed an INT on the previous play, but dialed up the pain winning the first ever DW's Zombie Kill of the Week:

Stay tuned for the next Zombie Kill of the Week when the Hokies take the field against Central Michigan on September 4, 2010.

[Editor's note: We're kinda pissed we just thought of this feature. Big ups to DW for the idea, write up, and video.]

although hosley's hit was prettier, didn't carmichael's send crompton to the hospital? hospital trips have to be worth at least zombie kill honorable mention?

That thing was beautiful. To say Crompton had absolutely no chance on that play is an understatement.

Isn't it David Wilson who runs his routes backwards during practice?

You sir, are correct. Fact checking is not our specialty here. DW must go sit in the corner until September.

This could be a dumb question, but is Zombieland a good movie? I'm guessing you all think it's the bee's knees and everything, but I've heard mixed reviews. Is it worth a watching? I mean, it's probably no Hangover, but then again, not much is.

Zombieland is spectacular. I'll need to watch again to confirm, but it's in my top 10 comedies.

Though I disagree, many people I know say it is funnier than the Hangover.

Second on the awesomeness of Zombieland. Tallahassee is one of most absurdly awesome characters I've seen in a long time. Not to mention the rules of Zombieland and great way of presenting them. Overall absolutely fantastic movie.
