That was fun. Feels good to basically not shit my pants through an entire game. Let's keep this up Hokies.
Short one today, because come on, it's CMU.
- Tyrod was great. Again.
- Darren Evans is back. He had a good game and can be relied upon to carry the ball into the end zone. Thank heavens.
- Greg Nosal is a beast. Just one of our unsung players who have more of a commitment to the team than their own appendages. Well most appendages.
- We went with a 0% 3rd down conversion scheme. Good move on that one, guys. Ugh.
- We gave them 21 points. The first TD was earned, the second, not so much, but I am completely discounting the third one, because they scored it with 1:22 left in the game, and I'm pretty sure I saw CGally on the defensive line. Right next to DiP. Just like here on the NEZ, we clearly were not playing our first line guys.
- We have reestablished that CMU is a shit school with a shit football program. And all of you CMU alums can thank OkieChippewa and FireUpChips for my sentiment. They ruined your school for me.
- In a related note, if those two brazen asshats would like to argue how their team still should not be considered a cupcake or how they can beat us in wrasslin', we are all ears.
- Good game Hokies. We put CMU in their place. It was a good off-week. But now we resume ACC football next week against Wake. Back to schools that actually matter.
