You know what’s always awesome? Beating Miami. On hardwood or grass, we’ll kick your ass.
Wednesday’s win was sweet for two reasons:
- I was able to watch it.
- It was much need after Bumblebee screwed us against Georgia Tech.
Tonight, we play at NC State. This is sweet for two reasons:
- I am able to watch it.
- We freaking HATE the Wolfpack.
Clearly, the most important aspect of any game is whether or not it’s on in Pittsburgh.
Of course, the hatred mostly stems from the 2003 loss in football. But we also hate them for giving us Phillip Rivers.

Sweet Jesus dude, what are you thinking? Is the NC State basketball program sponsored by Huggie Bear?
Actually, we know what he does in the off-season…
So are we going to win? F*ck if we know. It’s an away game, so that knocks our chances down to 40% right off the bat.
We need to win these road games. It’s what has really kept us out of the past few tournaments. Winning this game and the next at Boston College would look real good in front of the committee.
Reader-Who’s-Going-to-the-Game of the Week
RMFW sweetheart, Alt-Man (actually a girl), will be attending the game tonight.
We assume she's going to do what any good Hokie should do: streak*.
