We play AT East Carolina? That’s a bad thing. Aren’t we already playing at Marshall this season? Our crappy away game quota seems to be way over this year.

The Bad Guys

Apparently, they have a decent offense. Dominique Davis is STILL their quarterback. Since he still plays for ECU, and still has a girl’s name, we assume he still sucks.
We KNOW their defense still sucks. 56 points given up against South Carolina? And the Gamecocks didn’t even have…

The Good Guys
DMFW!! What a freaking beast. 162 yards on 16 carries? Unreal.
As a side note, we have gotten a pretty decent response on the DMFW shirts. Just so everyone knows, the only ones we have at the moment are RMFW shirts altered with puffy paint. Get at us if you want one. Proceeds benefit the Get C Gally Drunk Foundation.
So yeah, everyone kicked ass in week one. Which is a nice turn of events from years past. Look for the offense to put up good numbers for sure. The real test will be the defense. Do we have what it takes to put down a mediocre team on the road? Let’s hope it goes better than last year.

The Game
Yes, we hate ECU. We hate that stupid ass loss in Charlotte. And we should beat them 95% of the time. This time will be no different.
Everyone claims we’re going to run away in this game. We’re gonna stay a little more conservative and say that it’s gonna be closer than you think.
But let’s be honest, we’re going to win. We just need to play our game and everything will be fine. In other words…
RUN. THE. BALL.
You run the ball, you control the clock.
Plus, they’re the Pirates. What was the last Pirates team that was actually decent??
And are they REALLY pirates? We’ll let the following video answer that…
